Finance Associate Performance Marketing & Ad Spend

Location: Remote (Europe preferred, LATAM, Mexico, or Canada)

About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Associate to support the day to day finance operations of a fast growing performance marketing business. You'll work closely with the CFO and Controller, owning reconciliations, supporting the month end close, and ensuring financial data is accurate and ready for reporting.

This role is best suited to someone with experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or e commerce.

Responsibilities

Digital Ad Spend

• 
  

  Reconcile daily ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor spend across multiple Business Managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and investigate discrepancies or unusual spending.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate tracking and reporting.

  
  

Accounting

• 
  

  Support month end close.

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

  
  


• 
  

  Process contractor and payroll payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile revenue and invoices across multiple platforms.

  
  

Reporting

• 
  

  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze ad spend, margins, and ROAS.

  
  


• 
  

  Investigate reporting variances.

  
  


• 
  

  Support budgeting and forecasting.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or FP&A.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in a performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or e commerce business.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience reconciling high volume digital advertising spend.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of month end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with QuickBooks Online.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent English.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working remotely.

  Experience with crypto or USDT payments.

  Multi entity accounting experience.
