If you decide to work as a Finance IT Systems Coordinator, you will join the Eurofins National Service Center (NSC) in Poland and become part of the Local Finance IT team. The daily tasks of NSC Poland focus on the control of financial operations performed in the Polish branches of Eurofins. The Local Finance IT team provides technological support in this regard and is responsible for the proper configuration of the IT systems used in the processes and the correct flow of data between them.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Technical and functional support for the maintenance of IT applications and tools managed by NSC Poland;
• Managing access to data managed by NSC Poland;
• Gathering requirements and performing analyses for the implementation and maintenance of IT applications;
• Leading and participating in projects run by other NSC teams, representatives of legal entities and group IT teams.

What are we expecting:

• University Graduate (min. Bachelor);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Office, Sharepoint; Power Automate would be an asset);
• At least basic knowledge of IT infrastructure topics and application hosting models (SaaS, PaaS, On-Premise);
• Good analytical skills,
• Openness and independence;
• Fluent English – both written and speaking (other foreign language would be an advantage);
• Team player with good communication skills.

Additional qualities:

• VBA and/or other programming languages;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile PM, PMP, Prince2)
