In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our French-speaking customers, helping them navigate our products and services while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
• Foster positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering personalized service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accuracy and continuity.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and streamline service processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Adept at handling customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully covered relocation expenses.
