• Effectively manage customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain records of client interactions in our CRM system for seamless communication and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about industry trends and destination highlights to offer the best recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
• A passion for travel and comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
