Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content accurately based on established policies and procedures.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation, especially in social media, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective moderation decision-making.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
