Job Description - German Speaking Customer Care - E-Commerce | Work In Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to e-commerce transactions, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system and follow up as necessary.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest product offerings, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the diverse culture of Greece!
