Job Description - German Speaking Customer Service for Credit Card Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team working with a leading Credit Card Company in beautiful Greece. In this pivotal role, you will support German-speaking customers with inquiries related to their credit card accounts, transaction details, benefits, and resolutions of issues. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will help enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German regarding credit card inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account management, payment inquiries, and understanding credit card benefits.
  • Resolve issues related to transactions, fees, or card usage in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to address complex inquiries or problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, product offerings, and industry regulations.
  • Provide feedback for service improvement based on customer interactions and needs.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in finance or with credit card services.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or banking systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
