Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about available content, features, and subscription options.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting service issues.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with new content releases and platform features to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
