The Opportunity

As a Global PMO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-impact global customer projects - from enterprise system implementations to strategic transformation initiatives. Acting as a key partner for client stakeholders and internal project leads, you will shape project success across regions, drive excellence in delivery, contribute to improving our project execution standards and practices globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence customer outcomes, project standards, and delivery culture at a global scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and managing global customer projects under established frameworks, including enterprise system deployments, digital transformations, and strategic consulting engagements.

• Acting as the primary interface with client stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and supporting delivery of agreed project outcomes

• Coordinating cross-functional project teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Overseeing selected areas of project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensuring adherence to the project methodology (agile, waterfall, hybrid) aligned with client and internal needs.

• Reporting regularly on project progress to stakeholders and customers on project progress, risks, and issue resolutions.

• Contributing to improvements in delivery methodologies, documentation, and customer engagement practices.

• Supporting post-project activities and feedback loops to maximize customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, business administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years leading global projects with a significant focus on customer outcomes.

• Experience in coordinating or managing multi-region initiatives, preferably related to ERP or cloud solutions.

• Relevant project management certification preferred.

• English and Polish (both fluent, required); German is a huge advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience with customer-centric project delivery models and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel internationally and work in virtual, multicultural environments.
