We’re seeking a new Head of Business Development who will oversee a team of 13 while also independently managing the entire sales cycle.
Compensation structure:
Business Contract (B2B): from PLN 25,000 net + VAT + PLN 10,000 (Management Contract); or
Employment Contract (UoP): from PLN 29,000 (gross).
Annual bonus.
Stock options plan.

Experience in a similar role in a 400+ people software services company.
Experience in growing and managing a successful business development team of 10+ people.
Hands-on experience in selling custom software development services in project-based and team augmentation models.
A proven track record in new business as an individual contributor, leading full sales cycles.
Experience in managing relationships with enterprise customers: executing account strategies, proactive pitching, building networks within accounts.
A proven track record in Inbound & Outbound Sales.
Experience in executing portfolio strategy and account growth plans to grow business YoY.
A great command of English: at least C1+ CEFR; a good command of Polish would be preferred.
An ability to achieve ambitious goals in an agile, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
An ability to hold people accountable while staying empathetic and committed to helping your team members develop.
Optimism, entrepreneurial mindset, and can-do attitude.

Modern CRM toolset excellence (Salesforce, Hubspot).

Be responsible for Netguru’s commercial success (revenue growth, margin achievement, pricing, and discounting strategy).
Build and execute the business development strategy.
Lead, develop, and grow the Business Development Team, with 2 direct reports and a total team of 13+.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term collaboration.
Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting, through winning to existing customers management and expansion.
Generate new opportunities through outbound activities and effectively convert marketing-generated leads.
