Job Description - Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Social Media Platform

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Social Media Platform. In this engaging role, you will be the first point of contact for our Hungarian-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support and assistance as they navigate our social media services.

Your fluency in Hungarian will be crucial as you handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on platform features. You will play a significant role in enhancing user satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat regarding social media platform inquiries
  • Assist users with account management, technical issues, and general questions about platform features
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues
  • Gather feedback from users to contribute to continuous improvement of the platform
  • Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in tech or social media, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in social media and helping users maximize their experience
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
