We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.
Oversee and manage day-to-day back-office operations, including trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate and timely client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner
Collaborate with front-office teams, custodians, and other external partners to ensure seamless transaction processing
Maintain and update operational procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards
Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Assist in audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance requirements
Provide training and support to team members on operational processes and systems
Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in back-office operations, preferably within wealth management, private banking, or financial services
Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation processes
Familiarity with wealth management platforms, CRM systems, and operational tools
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software
Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English language
