As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for designing and documenting new features based on input data from business owners. You should have hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN and be able to translate business requirements into technical documentation used by developers.

Your role is also about being able to pull and analyse data from various sources like SQL Databases, Big Query, CSV’s, etc. to extract valuable information.

You bring strong experience and demonstrable knowledge in following areas:

• Preparation of technical requirements based on business input
• Technical coordination of ongoing projects
• Knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modelling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, examples of use, scenarios)
• Documenting IT analysis
• Nice to have: experience with banking products e.g. credits, payments, cards

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience as an analyst
• Excellent communication skills
• Communicative English

Knowledge of following tools and frameworks:

• PlantUML, UML, BPMN
• REST APIs
• SQL
• Swagger
• Good communication skills
• JIRA, Confluence

Nice to have:

• Java / Bash / Python
• BigQuery
• TCP/IP, Oauth understanding
• Scrum
• GIT , GitLab
• Kibana
