We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who feels comfy running big, exciting projects across multiple countries and time zones. If you speak both English and Spanish and enjoy keeping many moving pieces under control - this might be your next gig.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading large-scale IT projects with multiple teams working in parallel across different locations
Coordinating activities, deadlines, and deliveries in a truly international setup
Managing demanding stakeholders and navigating complex IT dependencies
Joining governance groups and steering committees, presenting updates to senior stakeholders
Keeping everyone aligned, informed and moving forward
Skills:
Solid experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally on multi-team, multi-location projects
Fluency in English and Spanish - both used daily
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in senior-level conversations
Experience running projects across different time zones
Hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Comfortable joining governance processes and steercos
Nice to have: experience in banking or financial projects
