As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to shipments, logistics services, and tracking details.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, addressing complex issues as needed.
• Stay informed about company policies, logistics industry trends, and service updates to provide accurate guidance to clients.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in logistics or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
