This position is based in Greece and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and home technology. As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need regarding our home appliances products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with timely solutions and updates.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances sector or related fields.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and product support tools is advantageous.
