Your Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing their travel inquiries and assisting with bookings.
• Deliver tailored travel advice on packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet specific client needs.
• Design and customize travel itineraries that reflect individual client interests and preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Log and maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Remain knowledgeable about current travel trends and popular destinations to provide relevant recommendations.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable.
• Background in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A true passion for travel and a solid understanding of diverse travel destinations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to efficiently address and resolve customer issues with positive solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
