In your role as an Junior Engineer Operations (application operations) for a content management system First Spirit you will be responsible for the following tasks for the stages TUD (test environment) and PROD (production environment). You will work in an environment with new technologies like Cloud, CDP/ComCD and OpenShift and in crossfunctional and agile teams. Operating times are sometimes necessary outside of the regulary support times.

You will be responsible for:👇

1. Assure a stable production operation of the relevant applications.
2. Contact for all technical aspects of these applications in the relevant stages.
3. Incident and problem management: monitoring analysing and fixing of Incidents to guarantee the availability of the relevant applications and environments.
4. Coordination of the deployment of new versions or patches and implementation for the relevant applications.
5. Knowledge and usage of the internal and external regulatory requirements.
6. Proactive interaction with all members of the cell to achieve the team goals.

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• Experience of incident and problem management for several years on Unix/Linux and in cloud environments also knowledge of Websphere and Tomcat.

• Experience with content management systems (FirstSpirit)

• Experience with Oracle databases

Nice to have:

• Expert knowledge of databases (Oracle for First Spirit).
• Understanding of monitoring and analysis tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.
• Knowledge of application infrastructures and IT security.

In the Cluster CCS (Cross Channel Services) we are delivering cross functional services for implementations in the Cross Channel Banking (CCB) / Onlinebanking Platform of Commerzbank. CCS is enabling, testing and implementing functional and non-functional requirements in J2EE Plattform in an agile approach.
