Junior Brand Marketing Specialist

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team in Poland, Hungary, or Czechia. This role supports the Brand and Strategy team through content creation, digital asset management, and general marketing operations. You will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns by assisting with visual content (photo and video production), website updates, survey management, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

What you’ll do:

Content Creation & Digital Assets

• Assist in developing marketing content such as photos, videos, and written materials.
• Support the creation of presentations and reports with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborate with the team to produce visual assets for digital and offline use.

Website & Platform Management

• Manage and update content on the company CMS for websites and microsites.
• Support the distribution of surveys using tools such as SurveyMonkey.
• Contribute to task and workflow management through platforms such as Jira.

Technical Knowledge & Tools

• Apply basic knowledge of camera technology to support visual content creation.
• Provide input into content quality standards and assist with photography/videography needs.
• Ensure files and assets are organized and archived effectively for cross-team use.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with other marketing, design, and technical experts to execute campaigns and projects.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for business initiatives.

General

• Assist in the execution of regional and global marketing strategies.
• Support reporting tasks by preparing data and presentations.
• Participate in external or internal events as required, assisting with setup and documentation.

What you’ll need:

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of relevant internship or entry-level experience in marketing, media, or communications.
• Interest in camera technology, including photography and videography skills, is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic CMS skills for website editing.
• Experience with online platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Jira, or similar tools).
• A passion for the outdoor lifestyle is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
