Job Description - Junior HR & Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll)

Your daily tasks:

  • Independently process Polish payroll from end to end according the defined standards and dient requirements including all associated payroll tasks

  • Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS

  • Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds

  • Understand and interpret a payslip

  • Follow the payroll calendar

  • Answer payroll related questions and requests

  • Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall Polish payroll procedures

  • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a Polish payroll role

  • Business analysis experience 

  • Experience working for a global organization with a multi-cultural environment

  • Fluent in Polish and English (written, oral)

  • Advanced level of Excel

  • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience

  • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind
