We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the  Ignitis Renewables Poland team, where you’ll be responsible for resolution and coordination of land related issues required for the development and implementation of onshore wind and BESS projects. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Identifying favorable land plots across Poland for wind and BESS project development in line with Ignitis Renewables’ requirements
• Establishing and managing relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders
• Negotiating and finalizing land rights agreements (leases, superficies, easements, consents for roads and cable protection zones), ensuring contractual clarity
• Representing the company in engagements with local stakeholders to foster positive collaboration
• Supporting the Project Manager throughout the permitting process and related activities
• Travelling to project locations to secure land and serve as the main contact point for local stakeholders on ongoing and planned projects

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience with land lease agreements and negotiations
• Comprehensive understanding of land-related legislation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good English (starting B1 level) and fluent Polish (spoken and written)
• Driving license 

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in RES projects development
