In this position, you will provide top-notch customer service to our Latvian-speaking clients, helping them navigate inquiries and enhancing their experience with our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Latvian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries related to our products and services.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about service offerings, and help customers with account management and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for consistency and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance the customer experience and address any escalation needs.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to offer informed support to clients.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in a multinational or remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and delivering effective solutions to customer issues.
• Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with standard office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and engage with a new culture.
