Key Responsibilities

• Process applications and requests, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of service and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Offer insightful advice on available services and stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and generate reports as required.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a definite advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• A passion for helping people and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and office software would be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
