In this role, you will be the front line of support for our Lithuanian-speaking customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Lithuanian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.
• Deliver comprehensive information about products, assist with order management, and help resolve any customer issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and ensure high-quality service.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Stay current on product knowledge, service updates, and industry trends to provide informed advice and support to clients.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in a related field or multilingual environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and engage with a new culture.
