3+ years of performance marketing experience within the iGaming or Fintech sectors;
Deep understanding of the LATAM iGaming landscape, including local player behavior, cultural insights, and regulatory specifics;
Strong network of LATAM affiliate partners and local influencers/tipsters ready for activation (a strong plus);
Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing CPA, LTV, and GGR metrics;
Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.);
Proven success managing substantial monthly budgets across Google, Meta, and alternative ad networks, including navigating industry-specific tracking challenges.
