Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed answers to clients.
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute to team goals.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
