As a Payroll Supervisor for Europe (10 countries) you will be an integral part of our Employee Lifecycle Team. You will be responsible for coordinating payroll processes in our entities across Europe, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions while adhering to local regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with our vendor in terms of SLA/s, performance and improvements in the process.
Your daily responsibilities:
Coordinate payroll processing for employees across multiple EU countries.
Processing payroll inputs monthly for few entities.
Ensuring the approvals for payroll processing are in place.
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll records and documentation.
Prepare payroll related reports and analyses.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
Collaboration with the global payroll vendor, evaluating the performance and ensure the quality delivery service.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security for all payroll-related information.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.
Collaborate with HR and Finance team in terms of the for payroll related inquiries.
Building the new approach to data quality processed in the payroll.
Driving automation project for payroll inputs
Your key skills:
Experience in preparing the payroll input for country/countries in Europe.
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across EU countries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details, accuracy and data confidentiality.
Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or another tool would be an advantage.
Fluent communication skills in English, any other language from Europe would be a plus (Germany, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish).
