Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent player support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Assist players with inquiries related to game features, technical issues, and account management.
• Quickly and effectively resolve player issues to ensure a positive gaming experience.
• Document interactions and feedback thoroughly to support continuous improvement in service quality.
• Collaborate with game developers and community management to share player insights and concerns.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, particularly in the gaming sector.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to players.
