Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content based on established moderation criteria.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations in accordance with company policies.
• Provide insightful feedback on content trends and community engagement to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall moderation effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company guidelines and industry best practices in content moderation.

• Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply moderation guidelines consistently.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
• Ability to navigate sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
