As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and sets a positive tone for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content and make moderation decisions based on policy standards.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve content moderation processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
