Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for reporting and follow-up.
• Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
