In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our Polish-speaking clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and providing support related to our offerings.
• Deliver detailed information about products, services, and account management to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, aiming to provide effective resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered.
