Job Description - Polish Speaking Customer Service for Payment Solutions Provider - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Payment Solutions Provider located in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals eager to work in a vibrant environment while providing support in Polish. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding payment solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about payment solutions, transactions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, features, and fee structures.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their payment accounts and processing transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and updates to provide relevant support to customers.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to or work from Greece, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
