Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Polish for inquiries related to retail products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
• Provide detailed information regarding products, promotions, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with product offerings and retail trends to better serve our customers.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or retail systems is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
