Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the social media platform via phone, email, and chat in Polish.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
