Key Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service in Polish through email correspondence.
• Assist gamers with inquiries regarding gameplay, account management, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with development teams to relay player feedback and suggest game enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer support or a background in the gaming industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
