Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding email support to Polish-speaking players regarding game inquiries and technical issues.
• Assist players with account management, game features, and resolve any related concerns effectively.
• Respond to player emails promptly, maintaining high standards of communication and service.
• Document player interactions and feedback carefully to contribute to service enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to share player insights and improve the support process.
• Stay updated on game developments, features, and player support best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
