Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the search engine services efficiently.
• Guide customers in using the platform and utilize it to its full potential.
• Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with product development teams to communicate user feedback and enhance service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members as needed.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies swiftly and apply them effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a keen interest in helping others succeed.
