This role provides the unique chance to work in Bulgaria, with paid relocation included. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who speak Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing information on our services.
• Deliver personalized and efficient service, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive support.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full support for relocation expenses.
