Job Description - Sales Development Representative

Bisly is a technology company on a mission to save our planet by making professional intelligent buildings mainstream, so we save energy and fight climate change through deployment of our digital twin-based building automation portfolio, consisting both of software systems and hardware products. We have achieved market leader position in our home market and are actively looking to replicate that in our target markets in Germany, UK and Nordics.



Your mission


We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our Poland and UK markets. You’ll be on the front line of our sales efforts - researching prospects, starting conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to play a big part in scaling a fast-growing climate tech business.

This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Poland.
If you are based in Estonia, you will have office based in Tallinn.



Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers in our target industries in Poland and UK.
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities.
  • Book meetings for our sales team with well-qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to organiseattend and follow up on events and campaigns. 
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track your activity against targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Represent Bisly with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.




To succeed in this role, you'll have


  • Native, bilingual, or fluent proficiency in English and Polish — exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential;
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within B2B or tech environments;
  • Excellent communication skills — confident when engaging via phone, email, and LinkedIn;
  • resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset;
  • The ability to grasp and explain technical concepts clearly, even to non-technical audiences;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement tools;
  • proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Bonus points for: 
  • Experience selling to property management, construction, or sustainability sectors.
  • Knowledge of building automation, proptech or climate tech.
