Team: Sales Development
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Ukraine. In this role, you’ll help SMBs unlock global growth by introducing them to Payoneer’s solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales managers to identify, engage, and qualify new B2B prospects, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Identify and engage high-potential prospects using open sources (LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.) and internal databases.
Create and manage targeted, multi-touch campaigns to drive engagement.
Qualify leads and coordinate introductions with the sales team.
Provide feedback to improve messaging and close communication gaps.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Support ad hoc projects as your experience grows.
2+ years in sales or customer service, ideally in tech or fintech.
Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal abilities.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Background in payments, banking, or fintech.
Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools.
