Accountabilities
- Develop and manage a market segmentation and vertical strategy for Poland.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for aligned sales initiatives.
- Provide consultative sales support and deliver tailored solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Create impactful sales proposals and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement on sales tools, processes, and workflows.
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics to exceed targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in intralogistics or complex technical solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and acquire new customers.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Strong interest in technical systems and collaboration with solution teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in handling complex data.
- Understanding of material flow and project delivery.
- Ability to identify operational improvements and sell solutions.
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
