Job Description - Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales efficiency and support business growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing our CRM, improving sales processes, data management, and sales tooling. We are looking for someone who can work independently, lead and coordinate sales team activities including lead management effort and daily operations. You will have a direct impact on our processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.
The ideal candidate will work directly with the Head of Sales (HoS) and cooperate with different departments at the company.


As Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare and coordinate data collection for sales forecasts

    • Gather and compile data for sales reports to track sales results and team performance

  • Sales Tooling and Automation:
    • Research, select, implement, maintain, and automate sales tooling in collaboration with the HoS.

    • Propose and integrate AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency

  • CRM and Data Management:
    • Take a role of a master user of our CRM system - HubSpot

    • Making sure we maintain accurate data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date.

    • Refine CRM and lead management processes.

  • Process Analytics and Improvements:
    • Analyze sales processes and data to suggest optimizations and improvements.

  • Coordinating Sales Activities:
    • Coordinate sales team activities based on planned activities.

    • Keeping agreed tasks schedules and action items up to date.

    • Track team progress around lead management and lead generation actions.

  • Sales Materials:
    • Develop reusable sales materials, support preparations of customer presentations, sales offers, briefs and materials for onsites.

    • Collect market and technical trends, opportunities, challenges to create meaningful insights for customers

    • Research customer information

  • Continuous improvement
    • Identify process improvement opportunities

    • Manage internal projects and initiatives
