Job Description - Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

We are a leader in providing modern and sustainable logistics solutions throughout Europe. We focus on high quality customer service and building lasting relationships with our partners. In Poland, we have been expanding for 8 years in two locations: in Gdansk and Bydgoszcz.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a key support to the sales team, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administrative and system processes related to sales support. Your role is to support day-to-day sales activities, manage documents and liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that the team's objectives are met effectively. Working in our team is an excellent opportunity to develop in an international environment that focuses on collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Quote creation and follow-up
  • Creating and managing agreements in MySamskip
  • Managing group mailbox
  • Support for reporting (internal and external)
  • Back-up for Field- and Inside Sales
  • CRM support
  • Managing (sales related) invoice disputes
  • Daily interaction with other departments or stakeholders
  • Maintaining relationships with customers already existing in database

Our requirements:

  • Experience in Administration
  • High organizational and time management skills
  • Precision, responsible, committed, willing to learn
  • Team player attitude and openness for global cooperation
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken - mandatory
  • Fluency in French - nice to have
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Experience in logistics or shipping would be a great advantage but not required
  • A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this position
