SAP PTP VIM Consultant (f/m/n)

• Design, implementation, and development for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) systems.
• Analysis, optimization, and legal documentation related to AP (Accounts Payable).
• Installation and testing of the SAP VIM system and integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM).
• Preparation of implementation and final solutions for the client, user training, and final training.
• Collaboration with design and application teams on both functional and application aspects.
• Cooperation with business teams to identify needs and customize systems.
• End-user support in terms of application usage.
• Building AI-oriented functionalities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP, including practical experience with SAP VIM.
• Experience in implementation projects and/or rollouts.
• Good experience in finance and accounting (P2P, AP).
• Knowledge of intercompany processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori solutions.
• SAP MM knowledge is a plus.
• Analysis of business case studies and alternative proposals.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Security issues (permissions, roles, authorizations) – nice to have.
• Practical experience with project tools (e.g., MS Office, project management systems).
• Fluent communication of both English and Polish; knowledge of other languages from the InPost Group (such as Spanish or French) will be considered an additional asset.
• Nice to have: prior experience with AI tools and knowledge of LLMs.
