Together we will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and data-processing agreements;
• Provide strategic legal guidance throughout product lifecycles, from development and launch to scaling in new markets;
• Ensure compliance with AI, privacy, and consumer protection laws, including GDPR, UAE data regulations, and emerging AI frameworks;
• Conduct legal research and analysis on cross-border regulatory frameworks (USA, EU, Asia, Gulf region) impacting our products;
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to anticipate legal risks and embed compliance into product design.

What you will need:

• Master’s degree in Law;
• 3+ years of professional legal experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or product-driven businesses;
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian and English (C1-C2);
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and product-related policies;
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills;
• Ability to work independently, stay goal-oriented, and thrive in an ambitious environment;
• A genuine interest in AI, SaaS, digital platforms, healthcare tech, and privacy law, with the drive to grow alongside the company.

Would be a HUGE plus:
