Senior SAP ABAP Developer

We seek an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer (fullstack) whose role is to develop and design new functionalities of SAP solutions and to cooperate with other SAP teams to tune the system to achieve its best possible performance. This role is essential to ensure the evolution of the SAP solution internally developed with a high level of quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Architect and design complex ABAP solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement complex interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems (IDocs, RFCs, APIs).
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges in existing systems.
• Lead efforts to improve development processes and coding standards.
• Estimate effort and timelines for assigned projects; own delivery of complex features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Analyze functional requirements and document it.
• Refactor existing code, fix bugs.
• Write code tests and participate in tests.
• Analyze performance and optimize existing code.

• Minimum of seven years of experience in the analysis and design of SAP implementation projects, in the role of a Developer, preferably Fullstack.
• A solid foundation in software engineering (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong experience with ABAP Objects, OO ABAP, and frontend frameworks (e.g., SAP UI5, Fiori).
• Deep expertise in at least two major SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO, PP).
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, OData, APIs).
• Experience with SAP HANA database and performance tuning techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experienced in taking ownership of tasks, commitments, quality, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
