Job Description - Senior ServiceNow Specialist (f/m/d) Contractor

Implement and further develop ITSM modules in ServiceNow

Take full ownership of customer projects – from requirements to go-live

Collaborate with an agile and interdisciplinary team

Design and optimize ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-usersSolid experience with ServiceNow, especially in configuring and customizing ITSM modules

Understanding of ITIL processes and ideally relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation)

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Proficiency in EnglishAgile, innovation-driven company culture
