You will be:

• utilizing your extensive experience in the e-commerce or B2C sector to create engaging visual designs,

• collaborateing with other designers, developers, and business stakeholders, proactively initiating and driving projects,

• applying modern user experience principles in drafting designs for multi-device, omnichannel product networks,

• using Figma effectively, exercising detailed knowledge in component construction, prototyping, and other core features,

• translating reports and insights generated by user research teams into actionable design improvements,

• maintaining and contributing to existing design systems, with a strong focus on growth and scalability,

• adapting to flexible working arrangements to accommodate collaboration with teams and customers in different time zones.

Your profile:

• a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills (your skills matter more than years in your resume, so if you feel you're a good fit apply and prove your skills in your portfolio),

• proven experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or B2C setting,

• excellent Figma skills, including in-depth knowledge of component construction, prototyping, etc.,

• strong collaboration skills and the capacity to challenge assumptions,

• english proficiency at B2 level minimum,

• openness to working flexible hours to facilitate cooperation with teams in different time zones.

  Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

• knowledge of design tools in addition to Figma,

• experience conducting user research and/or workshops,

• familiarity with a/b testing and product optimization metrics,

• experience using vibe coding or AI in your design process.
