Short-term Labeling Operator without experience (Fluent German Language)

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Labeling Operator to join its innovative team.

Responsibilities:

• Review real user search queries and the associated job-posting result lists generated by the Client’s beta AI solution.
• Label each posting’s relevance and “likelihood of application” according to rubrics supplied by the Client.
• Apply and document robust QA practices (four-eyes checks, JSON validation, issue tracking) to ensure annotation quality.
• Flag ambiguous or edge-case results and collaborate with the Client’s data-science team to refine guidelines.
• Work entirely within the Client’s tech infrastructure (VPN, tooling, data-privacy protocols).
• Participate in project and sprint meetings (German-first, English-friendly) and provide status updates to the Client.
• Complete approximately 20–30 person-days of annotation by the end of Q3 2025, meeting interim milestones defined in the proof-of-concept phase with the Client.
• Adhere to all contractual obligations (NDA, DPA, service contract) and data-protection regulations throughout the engagement with the Client.
• It is a remote, Short-term job.

• Expertise with professional annotation tools, such as Prodigy, Label Studio, Doccano, Scale AI, or the ability to learn proprietary equivalents rapidly.
• Secure remote-access readiness: capable of configuring SSO connections and working under standard corporate endpoint-security policies on Windows or macOS.
• Comfort with Git-based version-control workflows: to track guideline updates and manage annotation batches collaboratively.
• Languages: German and English - Native or Advanced.
